Flyoobe (formerly Flyby11) is a lightweight yet powerful utility designed to let users install Windows 11 (including the 24H2 update) on hardware that Microsoft officially deems unsupported skipping requirements like TPM, Secure Boot, specific CPU generations, and minimum RAM. It also unlocks enhanced Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE) customization, allowing local account setup, bypassing Microsoft account mandates, and avoiding region or network setup issues.

The latest release, version 1.2, introduces preview OOBE windows compatible with common tools like Microsoft’s Media Creation Tool (MCT) and Rufus, making installations smoother. Improvements also include smarter ISO mounting (only showing drives with assigned letters) and reduced memory usage.

Moving forward, the developer plans to merge Flyby11 and Flyoobe into a unified platform, streamlining future updates and offering both upgrade and setup flexibility in one clean package.
