It captures in-game scenes via a custom runtime, extracts textures, models, and lighting into OpenUSD format, and allows users to relight scenes, upgrade assets with AI-generated PBR textures, and integrate effects like full ray tracing, DLSS 4 (with Multi‑Frame Generation), Neural Radiance Cache, and Reflex.
The platform exited beta in early 2025 and already boasts over 350 active projects and 100+ released RTX Remix mods, including remasters of games like Half-Life 2, Portal, Deus Ex, and Fallout: New Vegas.
